Dr. Nguyễn Tấn Dương
Mục sư tiến sĩ Nguyễn Tấn Dương nguyên là sinh viên trường Đại học Sư Phạm Anh Văn Huế. Tháng Tư năm 1975, ông cùng đoàn người tị nạn Việt Nam sang Hoa Kỳ. Bị gián đoạn việc học một năm khi phải chạy loạn, nhưng ông tiếp tục học khi đến Hoa kỳ và xong Cử nhân năm 1979 và sau đó bắt đầu thực tập hầu việc Chúa tại tiểu bang Florida. Năm 1980, ông được thụ phong Mục sư tại Hội Thánh First Baptist Church, St. Petersburg, Florida, và làm việc với chức vụ Giám Đốc Mục Vụ cho người Á Châu.
Mục sư Dương tốt nghiệp Cử Nhân Đại Học (BA) năm 1979 tại Mississippi. Tốt nghiệp Cao Học Thần Học (M.Div.) năm 1984 tại Đại Chủng Viện New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary và Tiến Sĩ Mục Vụ (D.Min.) năm 1995 tại Đại Chủng Viện Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Kansas City, Missouri.
Đang lúc theo học các chương trình trên, Mục Sư Dương cũng phục vụ Chúa ở các Hội Thánh Báp-tít Hoa Kỳ tại Clearwater, Florida năm 1979-1980. Hội Thánh Báp-tít Việt Nam tại St. Petersburg, FL, 1980-1982. Hội Thánh Báp-tít Việt Nam tại East Bank, New Orleans, LA, 1982-1984. Hội Thánh Báp-tít Tulsa, OK, 1984-1991, và từ năm 1991 ông quản nhiệm Hội Thánh Báp-tít Việt Nam tại Garland (Dallas), Texas cho đến tháng 7, 2015. Sau đó, ông làm việc bán thời gian với Giáo Hội Báp-tít Hoa kỳ tại Dallas, Texas cho đến tháng Tư, 2017. Từ tháng Tư, 2017 đến tháng 12, 2018 hiệp tác hầu việc Chúa với Hội thánh Báp-tít, Plano, Texas và từ ngày 30 tháng 12, 2018 cho đến hiện tại, hầu việc Chúa với Hội thánh Redeemer Baptist of Plano, Texas.
Mục sư tiến sĩ Nguyễn Tấn Dương làm Chủ tịch Liên Hữu Báp-tít tiểu bang Texas từ năm 1993; Chủ tịch Liên Hữu Báp-tít Việt Nam tại Hoa Kỳ năm 2008-2012; Giáo sư của Trung tâm Mục vụ Dallas từ năm 1993, sau đó đổi tên là Viện Thần học Báp-tít Việt Nam từ năm 2002 cho đến nay.
Mục sư Nguyễn Tấn Dương có vợ là Nguyễn Hồ Rutơ, và hai người con gái đã trưởng thành là Nguyễn Hồ Tường Vân, và Nguyễn Hồ Tường Vi
Dr. Trần Lưu Chuyên
Dr. Tran accepted Christ in Bataan Refugee Camp, Philippines (1984), resettled in Dallas in April 1984. He graduated from UT Dallas, Bachelor in Computer Science (1990) and was ordained as deacon (1998), licensed to preach (1999) and ordained as pastor (2000).
In 2000, Dr. Tran became the senior Pastor of Richardson Vietnamese Baptist Church, Plano TX (2000-Present). He graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, TX with M.Div/Biblical Languages (2002), then
finished his D.Min in Pastoral Ministry at Southeastern Baptist Theological in 2017.
For ministry service, he became the General Secretary of Vietnamese National Baptist Fellowship (2002-2006). Dr. Tran serves in various capacities with Vietnamese Baptist Theological School (VBTS), Vietnamese Mission Board (VMB), Lifeway for Vietnamese (writer).
Dr. Tran is married to miss Lâm Thị Tâm in 1989, have two daughters, Lucy and Angela.
Dr. Thomas Lê Thành Toàn
Pastor Le immigrated from Vietnam to the U.S in 1978 as a teenager with his family.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1987. He worked as a software engineer in various companies in the fields of telecommunication, point of sales, and applied technology research.
During his fifteen years of engineering career, his job brought him a sense of personal achievement. But spiritually, he felt that there was something missing.
In 2001, with the suggestion and support from his boss, Pastor Le and his wife went back to Vietnam for a visit. It was there that he sensed the call into ministry. He came to realize that being a follower of Christ was not enough and wanted to invest his life so others can hear about the love of God and salvation in Jesus Christ.
He resigned from his job and went to Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in January 2002. He graduated with a Master of Divinity with Biblical Language in December 2004.
During his last year at Southwestern, Pastor Le helped plant Plano VBC. Pastor Le ‘s mission is to fulfill the Great Commission among the Vietnamese and Asian people living in the North Dallas area.
In December 2017, Le completed his Doctor or Ministry program with Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He continued to serve as a pastor and participated in denomination and mission projects. This opened up new opportunities for ministry joint projects.
In 2019, with the overwhelming vote of the congregation, Plano VBC and Richardson VBC merged to become Redeemer Baptist Church of Plano. Pastor Le continues to serve and anticipate a new church growth under the leadership of the new Senior Pastor – John Nguyen.

Through these endeavors, Truong equips young individuals with the confidence to navigate their personal paths. Truong creates impactful initiatives that foster compassion, self-discovery, and positive societal transformation that cultivate robust ethical foundations in young minds, nurturing their potential to become purpose-driven contributors to the community and church family.
Truong married Ai Le in 2013. They have a beautiful daughter named Bethany.
